Background & Theme

Welcome to the 4th Social and Humanities Research Symposium (SoRes 2021). SoRes is an international conference that will take place in Bandung, Indonesia, on 15th September 2021. It is hosted by Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM Universitas Islam Bandung, Unisba). As the theme of this year’s conference is “Islam, Media and Education in Building Adaptation for Sustainable Development Goals”, this conference aims (1) to bring together scientists, practitioners, students, researchers, and civil society organization representatives in the social and humanities symposium; (2) to share and discuss theoretical and practical knowledge on innovation in social and humanities.

The conference welcomes papers that explore but not limited to the theme. The range of the topics covered by SoRes 2021 includes:
